Diervriendelijk.nl used to have several databases and separate spreadsheets, with no real way to manage and categorize all the incoming data. Since we working with IDS that has changed, they have imported the historical data, so we now use data to get more donations, we now plan and structure our fundraising efforts. Working with IDS means working with a professional team that knows their business as they are experienced at what they do. It is is also nice that they have your back and warn you pro actively for events or duties that we need to do.
